I need help getting these lights wired right
I’ve got this situation. Not sure how it was originally wired, but there is some janky stuff in this house. All the wires are already in the walls, and the walls are finished. The original configuration wasn’t documented when stuff got ripped out. I need Light 1 and Light 2 to work on the same switches. How to I connect them so they work properly and nothing is janky?
My line power (from Breaker 14) is going into Box 1, which also has a light L1. Then there is a 2 conductor wire going to Box 2 with a 3-way switch, S1. There is a 3 conductor wire going from Box 2 to Box 3. Box 3 has a 3-way switch,S2, and a 2 conductor wire going to some more lights, L2.
Box 3 also has another 3 conductor wire and a 2 conductor wire. The extra 3 conductor wire runs to a junction Box 4. All the other wires in box 4 are on Breaker 19. I have no idea where the other 2 conductor wire goes, it was taped up and I couldn’t find the other end. I swear at one point the Neutral from L2 was twisted with the White on the wire going to Box 4, but that doesn’t make sense to me.
